Join me for an Intro into Distillation, a four hour afternoon around a glass still where this ancient craft becomes something you can actually witness + hold in your hands.

You'll learn the history of distillation and its modern revival, get familiar with copper, and glass stills and what each is suited for, and walk away with a 2 oz bottle of hydrosol you helped create.
